Why a Proper Permanent Establishment Matters
To be recognised for tax across Europe, your company usually needs a proper permanent establishment. The normal condition is the simple permanent establishment obligation.
Requirements for Management and Permanent Establishment
This applies not only to companies registered in Cyprus. It generally applies to any company that wants to do business in the European Union.
Our Two Office Solutions in Cyprus
As a rule, the permanent establishment should fit your company's business in Cyprus. We offer two well-established options: the Private Office and the Serviced Office with Office-Cube.
Private Office
You can set up your permanent establishment as a Private Office, built around your own wishes and needs. We are happy to talk through your plans with you.
From EUR 3,600 p.a.
Serviced Office with Office-Cube
Your Office-Cube is for you alone. It comes partly furnished, with a desk and a chair. You also get a company sign and your own letterbox for business mail. For EUR 5 per month, you can add a phone line with Primetel (Cyprus). This landline number can be forwarded to a normal smartphone at any time. It is also listed in the public telephone directory, in line with substance requirements.
On request, you also receive a Google Business and Maps profile and a Google landing page for your company (standard version), at no extra cost. Set-up is included in the rent. So are several services from our Office Service team: use of the conference room by arrangement and subject to availability, mail-holding, a scan service, and more.
EUR 1,800 p.a.
Both options are provided together with our partner SHL Skynet Holdings Ltd.

Permanent Establishment for the Active Cyprus Limited
Is your company in Cyprus a trading, consulting or services company? Then the smallest space usually needed is a room you can lock, with a phone line, its own internet access and a desk. For this we usually recommend the Serviced Office with Office-Cube, or a Private Office built around your own wishes and needs.
Permanent Establishment for the Cyprus Holding
Is your company a holding company? Then you should also rent a simple space you can lock. Here there is no minimum size. A phone line, internet access and a desk are usually all you need. For this we usually recommend the Serviced Office with Office-Cube, or a Private Office built around your own wishes and needs.
Permanent Establishment for Production Companies in Cyprus
Goods-trading and production companies do not always need their own warehouse or production site on site, as long as there is a clear logistical reason. If they do not, we usually recommend the Serviced Office with Office-Cube, or a Private Office built around your own wishes and needs.
