Option: Merchant Account

A Merchant Account allows you, among other things, to accept payments via credit or debit card. Our cooperation partner in this area offers Merchant Account Service for both European companies and offshore companies. We charge a one-time service fee for our active support in applying.

Merchant Account one-off USD 290.00

Option: Nominee Services

We offer you nominee services for up to two nominees (General Partner/Partner). The agreement with your potential business bank and the corresponding trust deed guarantees you sole control over bank accounts, LP ownership and management.

Nominee Services annually USD 1,200.00

Option: Office Services (Virtual Office)

A first-class address for your LP in Ontario, Canada. Mail forwarding via email.

Address incl. Mail Service: one-off USD 650.00

Annual fees due after 12 months

The annual admin fees are already included in the aforementioned formation fees for 12 months.

The annual fees are due 12 months after the initial setup. These include admin, Reg. Agent & Reg. Office fees and Registry charge for 12 months.

The annual management fees amount to a total of USD 1,250.00 per 12 months.
