As an owner or partner of a company within the United Arab Emirates, you are entitled to apply for what is known as an Investor Visa. This type of UAE Residence Visa enables you to live long-term in Dubai and the entire United Arab Emirates and to work for your company.

Residence Permit through a Dubai Property
If you own or purchase one or more properties in Dubai and/or another Emirate of the UAE and the value of your property exceeds AED 2,000,000 , you are eligible to apply for the so-called UAE Golden Visa.

The Residence Permit for Retirees in Dubai
If you are over the age of 55, Dubai and the United Arab Emirates offer you the opportunity to apply for a so-called Retirement Visa.
This special type of residence permit is subject to one of the following conditions:
- You own properties in the UAE with a total value of more than AED 1,000,000
- or you have financial savings of more than AED 1,000,000
- or your regular monthly income is at least AED 20,000 .
