The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for pre-contractual measures.
Password-protected customer account PMG Services App
When a contractual relationship is established between you and us, we will create a personal account (password-protected customer account) for you, which is intended to offer you the best possible convenience. We offer you the permanent storage of your personal data, direct access to contract-relevant documentation and information within a password-protected customer account/user account or Apple or Android APP. The data collected from you and your company is processed on the basis of the applicable data protection regulations.
Before you can log into your customer account for the first time, you must complete an SMS verification and activation process. For this purpose, we send an automatically generated code via SMS to the mobile phone number you have provided to us. By entering this code, you activate your customer account and log into our system. Once you have activated your customer account, you no longer need to enter any data again. You can also view and change the data stored about you in your customer account at any time.
We strongly recommend that you immediately change the personal access password automatically generated in the system when activating the customer account/user account or Apple/Android APP, as this will be used, together with the email address, to access the customer account in the future.
You are obliged to treat your personal access data confidentially in order to prevent unauthorized use of your customer account by third parties. You acknowledge that you will remain logged in even after leaving our online page, unless you actively log out. You have the option of having us deactivate and delete your customer account at any time. To do so, please contact our data protection officer . Deactivating and deleting your customer account does not mean that your data, which you previously left with us when concluding a contract/placing an order, will be deleted. Your data will be deleted after the retention periods applicable to us under commercial and tax law have expired.
The legal basis for this further data processing is the statutory data protection regulations of the Republic of Cyprus , whereby the legitimate interest lies in retaining the data for any legitimate reasons for storage that may exist.
The provision of a customer account/user account or Apple/Android APP does not constitute a binding part of the services to be provided under the contractual relationship between you and us. We are therefore entitled to partially or completely discontinue the offer of the customer account/user account or Apple/Android APP at any time and without giving reasons. In such a case, however, we will inform you of this in writing. The use of the customer account/user account or Apple/Android APP is voluntary for you. After appropriate written notification to us by email, all communication and the exchange of documents and information will take place electronically at your request.

Newsletterdaten
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. MailChimp
This website uses the services of MailChimp to send newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
MailChimp is a service that can be used, among other things, to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. email address), this will be stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA.
MailChimp is certified under the “EU-US Privacy Shield”. The “Privacy Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA that is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.
We can use MailChimp to analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the email (a so-called web beacon) connects to MailChimp’s servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. Technical information is also recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not want MailChimp to analyze your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a link for this in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from both our servers and the MailChimp servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members area) remains unaffected. For more information, see MailChimp’s privacy policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/ .
